Covid Policies

We did not plan to open a play space during Covid, but the countdown had already begun. So we have done our best to ensure that our guests, employees, family, and community are as safe as possible.

We consulted with experts who  helped us craft a many-layered approach to minimizing risk for all of us, which blends the best current scientific knowledge with state and local regulations and best practices. These experts have told us that not only will they bring their children to play (even at the peak), they consider visiting our space to be less risky than going to the supermarket.

  • We limit the number of families who can be in the space at any one time, and adjust depending on the current situation.

  • We have over 11,000 square feet (about the size of 5 homes!). This helps to give each visitor space to play.

  • Everyone must wash or sanitize hands before entering.

  • Masks are no longer required, but are always welcome.

  • HEPA air purifiers are operating throughout the space at all times.

  • Please DO NOT COME if you or anyone in your family is experiencing any symptoms of Covid, or has possibly been exposed. Full refunds will be happily given.

  • Employees are all fully vaccinated, and provided with paid time off so that they are not incentivized to come to work when they are sick.

  • We ask that visitors please notify us if they test positive after visiting so that if there is a trend we can address it. We will keep your information confidential, of course.

We will continue to update these practices as new information becomes available. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions, comments, or suggestions.

This has been a very difficult time to launch a small business. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support as we have done our best to navigate the ever-changing situation.
