Important Notes and Policies

• As soon as you join you will receive an email with a code to use when you book Open Play sessions. 

• Please limit visits to only one per day.

• Your credit card will be charged monthly until you cancel your membership, but you can cancel any time.

• There will be be no refunds for partially used months, but if you cancel you won't be charged after the current billing period and can play until it is over.

• When you are ready to cancel, just email us a couple of days before your month ends and we'll make sure it's canceled for you ( members@overthemoonplay.com ). Or you can cancel using the link in your original confirmation email.

• Play times are subject to availability on any given day and time (capacity is limited). Please book a play time before coming in.

• Special events are not included.

• Children can come with any adult (parent, grandparent, nanny, etc.)

• Our weekends tend to book up with birthday parties, we do not recommend memberships primarily for weekend use.

• If you are unable to attend a booked playtime, please cancel it at least 2 hours in advance so that someone else can book it. Repeated "no show" reservations may be charged at the regular Open Play rate.

• Memberships are for a set number of children living in one household and may not be shared. If you have additional children wishing to play, you must book and pay for a separate reservation for them. 

• Policies may change over time. We will always let you know in advance, and will always give you a chance to cancel your membership if you prefer. Thank you for your support!
